Just don't target the same room/audience, and from the same source, making you sound like a broken record. Rotate/switch up the targets of your plugging, and better, if possible, make it from multiple sources other than yourself. There is no "too much" in advertising/marketing, if done right. When three people say the same thing, it must be true. That is the fundamental "trick." When you say the same thing three times, well, you're probably annoying to people. Get others talking about you instead of you talking about you. The key.
